The steep sloping site is divided into five different houses with seperate entrances. The northside integrates itself in its neighborhood. The southside design is based on the villas surrounding it, deep incisions makes it look like the five buildings are individual. You can reach the apartments via short corridors situated in the north, which behave as joint between the buildings.

The flats situated on the ground floor are mainly moistens, accessible from the north. A front garden in the north and abig terrace towards the garden in the south are perfect for the family.
